Delivery and shipping charges

• Shipping charges are included in the displayed purchase price for all orders shipped from the UK to the UK, EU and international destinations unless otherwise indicated at checkout.

• Delivery estimates and available shipping services (standard, tracked, express) are shown at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin once payment is processed and the order is dispatched.

Import taxes, duties and customs

• Import duties and taxes for deliveries outside the UK may be payable by the recipient on import and are the responsibility of the customer unless we state otherwise at checkout.

Returns and return postage

• Return postage for voluntary cancellations: If a customer cancels an eligible order including under any applicable cancellation right (for example the UK 14‑day right to cancel for UK consumers), the customer must bear the cost of returning the goods to us.
